We are located at No 12 in the Naidu Complex right by the bus stand. It’s a noisy place with buses coming and going all the time, but it’s convenient for getting things moved. Being fish farmers, we spend a lot of time near the water, but the office is where the business part happens. We deal with people from all over the area who come in to talk about their ponds. There is always someone coming off a bus looking for advice or wanting to join our little group. We are just a bunch of people who know a thing or two about raising fish. It’s not a clean job, and our hands are usually calloused from the nets and the crates. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just try to help each other get the fish to the stalls without losing half of them along the way. The bus stand area is always full of life, which suits us. We like the hustle. Some days are good and the catch is heavy, and other days we just sit in the complex and complain about the heat or the price of feed. It’s a simple life. We focus on the fish and the water and trying to keep the costs down for everyone in the group. It’s better than trying to survive on your own in this business where everything is uncertain.
