We are Sp Akshaya Agro Llp, based in Bangalore North. Our office is located in the Preetam Building, specifically at No.311. This is right in the Cqal Layout area. Most people recognize the 60 Feet Road because it gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. We are on that main stretch. Being in Bangalore means things move fast, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We deal with agro-related work every day from this office. The building is a standard one, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. We have enough room for our small team to sit and get things done. Sometimes the noise from the 60 Feet Road comes inside, but we got used to it pretty quickly. It feels like being in the heart of the action. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the name on the door. Karnataka is a big state with a lot of farming, and being in the north part of the city helps us stay connected to certain routes. We aren't trying to be a big corporate giant. We just want to do our job well and stay honest with the people we work with. The office is usually open early and we stay until the work is finished. It is a simple life here at No.311.
