Shri Channaveereshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited

We set up Shri Channaveereshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited because we needed a way to manage things together. We are based out of Hireulligeri in Tal-Savadatti. You can find us at GP No.187, over where Bs Sangolli is. It’s a quiet spot, really just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk about what we need for the next season. Most days it’s just us figuring out how to handle the crops and the logistics without making things too complicated. We started this because doing things alone was getting harder and the local farmers around here thought a group would be better. Hireulligeri isn’t a huge place so everyone knows where we are. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the space we need. People stop by to ask about seeds or how the market is looking. It’s practical work. Sometimes the weather doesn’t help but we stay busy anyway. The address is C/O Bs Sangolli and it works for what we do. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to file something for the company records. Mostly we are out in the fields or standing around the GP building talking shop. It’s been a learning process for all of us here in Savadatti. We try to keep it simple and just do the work that needs doing every day. That’s pretty much how we run things in this part of the world.
