Rooted Rows Farm Private Limited is tucked away at #3/3 in Kodathi Village. We are part of the Varthur Hobli area, near the Carmelram Post. It is interesting being here because the city is growing so fast around us, but Kodathi still feels like its own place. We focus on the rows of crops we plant every season. The name of the company actually comes from how we plant things in straight lines across our land. We are not some big industrial farm. We are a small team of people who actually like getting our boots dirty. The ground here in Varthur is still good for growing, even with all the new buildings going up nearby. Our office is just a simple building on the farm property. We don't have any fancy receptionists or polished hallways. Most of the time, you will find us out back checking on the plants or fixing a broken fence. We talk a lot about the weather and the bugs, which are our biggest worries. It’s a practical life. We sell what we grow and try to keep the soil healthy for the next year. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to grow good food and make enough to keep the farm running. It’s a lot of work, but seeing things grow from the dirt is worth it to us.
