Pesche Plantation Private Limited

We spend most of our time out in Bagamandala. It’s a quiet part of Madikeri, right here in Kodagu. The address says Building No 179-2, but mostly we are just dealing with the land. Living up here means you get used to the rain and the mist every single morning. It isn't always easy, especially when the roads get muddy. Pesche Plantation Private Limited is basically just us trying to keep things running properly on the ground. We have been here for a bit now. People around here know where the building is, though it looks like any other spot in the hills. We grow what we can and hope the season stays fair to us. Sometimes the power goes out, and things slow down, but that's just how it is in Karnataka. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we keep our tools and do the paperwork. Some days are longer than others, especially when harvest comes around. We drink a lot of coffee while we figure out the schedule for the week. The workers show up early, and we get straight to it. There’s always a fence to fix or something that needs attention. It’s a lot of manual work and checking the trees. We just try to do an honest job every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
