Neoterra Farming Technologies Private Limited is up on the 3rd floor of the Vijaya Bank Building. Our address is No.57 in Hmt Layout, which is in RT Nagar. It’s a pretty busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something going on outside. We spend our time working on technology for farming. It’s a lot of computer work mixed with talking to people who actually work the land. We aren't a massive tech firm with bean bags and coffee bars. Our office is just a regular room with desks and a lot of wires. Being in the 560032 area makes it easy for us to stay connected with the city's resources. We’ve been here for a while now, just quietly doing our thing. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We try to find practical ways to make farming a bit more modern using what we know about tech. Most of our days are spent looking at data or fixing software issues. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. The view from the 3rd floor is okay, mostly just rooftops of RT Nagar. We keep things pretty low-key and don't really do much in terms of advertising or public relations. We just focus on the tech and making sure it works for the people who need it. It is a small team and we all pitch in with the coffee and the cleaning too.
