Nathsagar Agrotech And Innovation Export Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out of Sai Guru Colony at Plot Number 42. It’s a long name, Nathsagar Agrotech, but we are just a bunch of farmers trying to do something different. We look at exports and new ways to handle crops. The office is tucked away at that Srno address, which can be a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and seeing what they have ready for the market. It’s a lot of back and forth with trucks and paperwork. We wanted to move beyond just local selling, so we look at shipping stuff further out. It gets pretty hectic when a big shipment is due. You might see us arguing about container sizes or checking the quality of the produce over and over. Innovation sounds like a big word, but for us, it just means finding a better way to stop things from rotting before they get to where they are going. We are mostly on the ground, not sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. The work is messy and the hours are long because the crops don't wait for anyone. We’ve had some good seasons and some bad ones, but we keep going because this is what we know. It’s a community effort more than anything else, really. Just people from the colony and the nearby fields working together. We aren't experts in everything, but we learn as we go.
