Nagamangala Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are the Nagamangala Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our office is at Sri Ranganathaswamy Nilaya, which is care of Krishnamurthy. We are right opposite the Channappa Clinic on Old Post Office Road. This is in Nagamangala, down in Mandya. It’s a small town feel here. Everyone kind of knows everyone else. We spend a lot of time on that road. The clinic across from us is always busy, so there are always people around. We started this to help out with the local farming. It’s a lot of meetings and trying to get things organized for the season. The building is a regular house that we use for the company. It’s comfortable and feels like home. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work gets done. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. That’s just how it is in Mandya. We aren’t trying to be fancy. Our desks are old and our chairs squeak. But we are here every day. It’s a good group of people working here. We focus on the farmers and what they need. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we don’t mind. We just take things as they come. There is always a pot of tea somewhere and some paperwork to finish.
