Mollarpur Naisuva Producer Company Limited is based in Bangalore, at Flat No-24/25, Ground Floor in the Raghavachari Layout. We are right near Hoodi Circle, so we’re in the middle of all that East Bangalore traffic. It’s a busy place, but being on the ground floor makes it easy for our producers to stop by when they are in the city. We aren't like the big tech companies you see in the surrounding buildings. Our space is functional and a bit cramped with files and equipment. We spend our time working on the practical side of being a producer company, which means a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just a few people trying to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes things go wrong—a delivery gets lost or a meeting gets cancelled at the last minute—and we just roll with it. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just work. We like being in Basava Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. We know the people at the local shops and they know us. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to do a decent job for the people who rely on us. It’s a lot of mundane tasks and repetitive work, but we take pride in getting it done properly. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
