Our work happens at No.42/5 in Avalahalli, over in the Huskur area of Anekal Taluk. It’s a bit of a drive out into Sarjapura Hobli, away from the main noise of Bangalore. We set this place up to handle food processing in a way that makes sense for the local area. Most days involve a lot of hands-on work, moving crates and making sure everything is cleaned and cut properly. The facility is simple and built for the job, not for showing off. You won't find any glass walls or expensive furniture here, just stainless steel tables and plenty of room to move. We have a small group of people who come in every day to help with the packing and sorting. It can get a bit loud when the machines are running, but that’s just how the work goes. We decided to base ourselves here because it’s closer to where the actual food is grown, which saves a lot of time and transport. Sometimes the electricity acts up or a delivery is late, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations; we’d rather spend that time making sure the food is handled right. If you stop by, you'll see us in the middle of it all, probably wearing aprons and checking the latest batch. It’s a real, local business run by people who care about getting the job done without any fuss.
