Kulswaamini Farmers Producer Company Limited

Kulswaamini Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Kasturinagar. Our office is at 4-C, 137 on the first floor. It is on the 4th cross, which is a pretty standard street in this part of Bangalore. We are a group that works with farmers. It is not some huge corporate setup with glass walls. We just have this space on the first floor where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of the work involves talking to people in the villages and seeing how the produce is coming along. Then we have to manage all the registrations and the legal things that come with being a producer company. It is a lot of back and forth. The Bangalore traffic makes it hard to get around sometimes but we manage. Kasturinagar is a decent area for us. We have been here for a bit now. The team is small and we all do a bit of everything. One day it is accounting and the next day we are worried about transport. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us in this office trying to help the farmers get a better deal for what they grow. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow but we keep at it. That is basically who we are and what we do here on 4th cross. It is practical work for real people.
