Krushibizz is based in the Nagarabavi area, specifically at 38, 5th Cross in Anubhav Nagar. It is a quiet residential street, so it doesn't really feel like you are in a big business hub. We like it that way because it is peaceful and we can actually focus on our work. The office is a small building on the crossroad, and we've been here for a while now. We focus on the business side of agriculture, which means a lot of time spent on the computer and the phone. It is not glamorous work, but it is important for the people we help. Our team is just a handful of people who live nearby. We don't have any fancy titles or a human resources department. If something needs fixing, we just fix it ourselves. The 5th cross can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with Anubhav Nagar, as all the streets look similar, but once you find number 38, you are there. We have a small area where we keep our files and a couple of tables for meetings. It’s a very local feel, and we often chat with the neighbors when we are heading out for lunch. We are just a regular company trying to provide decent services without all the corporate nonsense you see in the bigger city centers. It is a simple, hardworking environment here every day, mostly just paper and phone work.
