Kodava Farmers Coffee Private Limited

Our place is located at house number 68 in Athur Village, right near Polibetta. If you’ve ever been to this part of the country, you know it’s all about the coffee. Kodava Farmers Coffee is a local effort to handle our own beans and keep things within the community. The office is really just part of the village life, surrounded by plantations and the smell of drying coffee when the season is right. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters; we just have this space where we manage the harvest and the sales. Most days, you’ll find us wearing muddy boots because we’ve just come in from the trees. There’s always a pot of coffee on, usually made from whatever we’re processing at the moment. It’s not a fancy setup, with just basic desks and some shelves for samples. We spend a lot of time talking about the rain, the pests, and the market prices. It’s a lot of work to get the coffee from the bush to the bag, and we do most of the coordination right here in Athur. We aren't looking to become some massive global brand; we just want to make sure our local growers are getting a fair deal for the hard work they put in. It's a quiet life for the most part, dictated by the cycles of the coffee plants and the changing weather that happens every year.
