Our place is simple, with just enough room for us to sit and handle the daily tasks. We don’t have a marketing team or a corporate spokesperson. It’s just us, dealing with the reality of farming and markets. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, especially when we’re preparing for a new season. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just talk about what needs to be done today. The traffic in this part of Karnataka is always a challenge, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to farmers and trying to coordinate things. It’s not always easy, and some days are better than others. We value the trust the local growers have in us. We aren't trying to become a giant corporation. We just want to be a reliable place for the people we work with. It’s a lot of basic, honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it right here in Raj Palya.
