We are Horio Farm Products Llp. Our place is in Shanthi Layout, which is part of Ramamurthy Nagar. We are at No. 8 and 9, a building called Vishwalaxmi on the 7th cross. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Bangalore. We like it that way because it lets us focus. The office has a lot of windows, so we get some good light in the afternoons. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a small group of us who handle everything from the paperwork to the actual product stuff. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. The 560016 area is growing fast, but our little corner feels steady. We’ve got some plants in the office that we try to keep alive, though we aren't always great at it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's not glamorous work, but it's ours. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and some notes. It's a real place where real work happens every day. We’re just regular people trying to run a business and make things work. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, but we usually head out by six.
