Farmblocks Private Limited

Farmblocks Private Limited is located at the Bioinnovation Centre, which everyone calls the BBC, in Electronic City Phase-1. It’s a bit of a different environment compared to a traditional farm because we are right there in the middle of the tech hub. Being in the Bioinnovation Centre gives us access to some decent facilities, which helps with the work we are trying to do. Electronic City is usually crowded with traffic and people rushing to offices, but our corner is a bit more focused on the biology side of things. We spend most of our time in the lab or at our desks, working through the details of our projects. It’s not all high-tech talk though; we still have to deal with the basics of agriculture and how things grow. We moved here because it made sense for the kind of research and development we do. Some days the coffee machine is the most important thing in the office, especially when we are staying late to finish up some data work. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big PR department or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just show up, do the work at the BBC, and head home like everyone else in Phase-1. It’s a practical setup for what we need right now.
