Eleesa Farms Llp

We spend most of our days over at B 2036 in the Sobha Rose complex on Whitefield Main Road. It’s a busy spot but we’ve made it our own over the years. Some people think running a farm business is just about the crops, but there is a lot of paperwork and phone calls that happen in this office. Usually, the morning starts with someone making tea while we look over the schedules. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, especially being right on the main road, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we walk or take a quick ride in. It is not always perfect. Some days the printer jams or we are waiting on a delivery that is stuck in Bangalore traffic for three hours. We just handle things as they come. There is a lot of dirt on our boots most of the time because we are back and forth from the actual fields. Eleesa Farms Llp has been a part of our lives for a good bit now. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Instead, we just talk across the desks. It’s a small team, and we know who takes their coffee black and who needs a snack by three. It’s just how we work and it keeps us busy enough.
