Durgada Veera Vanithe Producer Company Limited is based out in Doddatekalavatti Village. This is over in Hosadurga, within the Chitradurga district. It’s a rural spot, and we are right in the middle of it. Our group is made up of local people from the village who wanted to do something together. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we can meet and talk about the work. Mostly we deal with what the local farmers are growing. Chitradurga can get quite hot and dry, which makes the work tough sometimes. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or sitting on the porch talking to neighbors. There is always something to do, whether it's checking the crops or figuring out transport. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work gets done right here in our village. It's a simple life. Most of us have lived here all our lives, so we know everyone. We don't use any fancy talk or have big plans. We just take it day by day. If you come to Doddatekalavatti, you'll find us easily enough.
