Dindadahalli Farmers Producer Company Limited is based right here in Dindadahalli Village. We are in Hosur Hobli, near the Kittadahalli Post. This is in Shikaripura, which is part of Shimoga. It’s a very green area. We spend a lot of time looking at the fields. Our office is just a simple spot in the village where we can meet. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us who care about the farming around here. Being in a village means we are close to the work. We don't have to travel far to see what's happening. The village life is slow but busy in its own way. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons doing the paperwork. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s important to us. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just sit around and figure out what needs to be done. Sometimes we disagree on things, but we always work it out. The building is just a normal structure. It gets a bit cold in the winter mornings. We just wear an extra sweater. We are just a bunch of folks trying to make things work. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we keep at it. There is always someone coming by with a question about their crops.
