Our office is over at Basava Nilaya, which is near Spoorthi Hospital in the Ganesh Nagar part of Yadgiri. It’s at Kiran Pattar’s place. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the neighborhood. We are a small group and we spend most of our time dealing with the needs of the farmers in this area. The 585223 zip code is our home, and we know most of the people around here. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and go over the numbers. We have a lot of visitors throughout the day, mostly local farmers looking for advice or checking on their accounts. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we like the energy. Yadgiri can get very hot, so we usually start our work quite early in the morning. We don't have any formal uniforms or strict rules. We just want to make sure the work gets done properly. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the logs or plan for the next week. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep things running. People know they can just walk in and talk to us if they have a problem. It’s a community effort more than anything else.
