Chandrodaya Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at No 10 in the Ruchitha Complex. We are right opposite the Big Bazar on the Anekal Main Road in Chandapura. Being on a main road means it is always noisy and there is always someone coming in. Our office is just a simple space where we meet with the farmers from around the area. We deal with a lot of paperwork and people who are just looking for a fair way to get their stuff sold. Chandapura has grown a lot, but we still feel like a small local operation. The building is okay, nothing special, just a regular commercial complex. We spend our time going through lists of crops and talking to the people who grow them. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak seasons when everyone shows up at once. We don't have any polished speeches or big corporate goals. We just try to manage the day-to-day business of being a farmer producer company without too many headaches. Most of the time, it’s just us drinking tea and figuring out the transport for the next day. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of small details that matter to the people we work with.
