Canares Aquaculture Llp is situated in Mb 801 of the Goldengrand Apartment complex on Tumkur Road in Yeshwanthpur. It’s a bit unusual to have an aquaculture business based in an apartment building, but it works for our administrative side. Most of our real work happens elsewhere, but this is where we do the planning and the phone calls. Yeshwanthpur is a very busy part of town, especially with all the trucks on Tumkur Road. We spend a lot of time looking at data related to fish farming and water quality. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a big flashy sign or a fancy lobby. We just have our desks and some specialized equipment we use for testing. Sometimes the elevator in the apartment takes forever, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush. We chose this location because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. Our focus is purely on the aquaculture side of things, making sure we understand the needs of the hatcheries and the farms. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep it simple when we talk to people. No one here is trying to be a big corporate boss. We just care about the fish and making sure the business stays steady. It’s a quiet office for the most part, right in the middle of a noisy city.
