It’s a bit out of the main city center of Bangalore, so it feels a lot calmer and more like the countryside. We like it that way because we are dealing with agro stuff all day. Usually, the mornings start early with a lot of coordination between the staff. We don't have any polished reception area or big corporate signs. It’s just us working together in a few rooms. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and organizing things from this desk. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. You might see some mud on the floor or some old files stacked up in the corner. We aren't worried about looking perfect. The main thing is getting the work finished and making sure everything is running right at the farms. It is a honest way to spend the day and we appreciate the quiet life here.
