Annadathaarush Seeds Private Limited is located at No.1, 1st Cross in the 1st Main area of Balaji Layout, Kodigehalli. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a sterile office building. We’ve got a small space here that we’ve made our own over the years. The light comes in through the front door in the mornings, which makes the place feel a bit more open. We have a few cupboards where we store all our records, and they’re getting pretty full. Kodigehalli is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of houses go up around us since we first moved in. The road can get a bit muddy when the monsoon hits, but usually, it’s fine. We don't have a big team, so everyone knows how to do a little bit of everything. One person might be on the phone while the other is checking the bags in the storage area. It’s a bit informal, I suppose. We don't wear uniforms or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be sent out today and we get it done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing more things by hand than we planned. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job without any extra drama or polish. We usually close up around six and walk to the local bus stop to head home.
