Agrimaa Genetics Private Limited is located over in Mandya, specifically at No. 76/4 in Bommuru Agrahara. If you have ever been to Srirangapatna, you know it is a place with a lot of history and a lot of green fields. We spend our days working with seeds and genetics, which sounds like a lot of science, but for us, it is just about getting the right things to grow. Our building is tucked away a bit, and it’s usually pretty quiet around here except for the sound of tractors or people moving things around. We are a small group of people who just like working with plants. We don't have a big HR department or fancy uniforms. Usually, we are just in our everyday clothes, looking at samples or talking to the local guys about how the crops are doing this year. Mandya is known for its farming, so it made sense for us to set up here. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we just take a break under the shade for a while. It’s not a fast-paced life like you would find in the big city. We take things one day at a time and try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the seasons. We've been here for a bit now and the locals know us.
