Abk Farms Private Limited

Abk Farms Private Limited is out in Yelahanka, near Bangalore. We are specifically located around Singanayakanahalli, in S.No. 116/1. It’s getting pretty busy around here with the city expanding so fast, but we are still focused on the land. We handle things a bit differently than the big commercial farms you see in magazines. It is more about getting the work done and making sure the crops are okay. The traffic on the way to the farm can be a real headache some mornings, but once you get there, it’s quiet enough to think. We don't have a marketing team or someone to write polished stories about us. We just grow what we can and try to run the business without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, or we have trouble finding enough hands to help during the busy season. That’s just part of life here. We don't make big promises. We just try to keep the farm running and deal with whatever problems pop up each day. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of the books in the evening. People know us in the local area as folks who just get on with it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to grow decent food and stay afloat. It is a long day every day, but that is farming for you.
