We have a couple of desks and a place for people to sit if they want to discuss a trip. It’s not a large place, just enough room for us to do our work and keep our records. We spend most of our time dealing with car rentals and planning routes for travelers. The area can be quite busy during the morning when the college starts, but it settles down a bit in the afternoon. We don't have any big corporate goals or flashy brochures. We just talk to the people who come in and try to help them find a car or a bus that works for them. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking the engines of the vehicles parked nearby.
