Cana Tours Travels

Cana Tours Travels is a small office located at 2 Ganeshpur Main Road in Belgaum. It is a straightforward place where we help people plan their trips and get their tickets sorted out. Being on the main road means we see a lot of the daily life in Belgaum passing by our window. We have a couple of desks and some old maps on the walls to help us figure out routes. People from the neighborhood come in to ask about bus timings or to book a car for a wedding or a trip to the coast. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It’s not a high-tech operation; we use a lot of paper logs and keep things simple. Belgaum is a quiet enough place, but Ganeshpur Main Road can get lively in the evenings. We know most of our customers by name since they have been coming to us for years. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or rain delaying a trip, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just sit in our office, drink some tea, and make sure that the people who walk through our door get where they need to go without any fuss.
