You can find us over at Chidambar Nagar in Belgaum. We are situated at 175/5 on the 6th Cross along Rajaram Marg. It’s a fairly well-known area around here. The campus has been part of the local landscape for a long time. People are always coming and going, especially during the mornings when everything starts up. It’s not a silent place; there is always the sound of footsteps in the hallways or people talking near the entrance. The buildings have that look of a place that has seen a lot of history. Some of the rooms are a bit drafty, but they serve their purpose well enough. We have trees scattered around the grounds which give some relief when the sun is out in full force. Working at Gogte Institute Of Technology feels a bit different than a regular office job because you’re surrounded by the energy of a learning environment. We spend our days handling the administrative side of things, making sure the schedules are right and the facility is running. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people who drop by with questions. The local tea stalls near the gate are where a lot of us end up during breaks. It’s a solid, functional place where the focus is just on getting the day’s work done without any fancy bells or whistles. It feels like a small community of its own.
