The Roosters Hot And Crispy is over here in Adarsh Nagar, right in Shop Number 1 of Kamadhenu Plaza. Belgaum is a decent town to live in, and this area is usually pretty active because we’re directly opposite IMER College. You see a lot of students walking by every day, mostly looking like they’re in a hurry to get to class or heading home after a long afternoon. It’s a small shop, nothing too fancy to look at, but it does what it needs to do. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up and making sure everything is ready for the day. Sometimes the plaza gets a bit crowded with parked bikes, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t interested in being some big chain with polished floors and uniforms that don't fit right. It’s just us here, trying to keep things going. The noise from the college students adds a bit of life to the place. You get to know the regulars after a while, recognizing who comes in on Tuesdays and who only shows up when they have a break. It feels like a real part of the community here in Belgaum. We just keep our heads down and work. There’s no grand plan behind it, just a daily routine that we’ve grown fond of over the years. It's hot work but we're used to it by now.
