JBS Family Restaurant

JBS Family Restaurant is situated at 223 a, Deshmukh Road in the Tilakwadi area of Belgaum. We are very close to the second railway gate, which is a spot most locals know well because of the trains passing through. Sometimes you can hear the signal bells and the engines when you are sitting inside, but most people are used to it by now. We focus on being a place where families can come and have a meal together without feeling out of place. The restaurant is simple and practical, with enough tables to hold a good crowd on a Sunday afternoon. We do our own cooking in the back, sticking to the dishes that we know how to make well. Tilakwadi is a nice part of Belgaum, and being on Deshmukh Road puts us right in the middle of a lot of residential houses. We get many regulars who walk over from their homes. We don't use any fancy gadgets or complicated systems to take orders. We just write things down and get the food out as fast as the kitchen allows. It gets a bit hot near the stove, but we have fans going in the seating area. We’ve kept the place running the same way for a while now, focusing on the day-to-day tasks like shopping for fresh ingredients and keeping the floor swept. It’s a humble setup, just right for a neighborhood family spot.
