Hotel Vaishali Bar & Restaurant

We have been here at Bogarves Circle in Belgaum for quite a while now. Most people know our building because we are right in the Kelkarbag area. It is a busy spot, especially in the evenings when folks are heading home from work. We run both the bar and the restaurant part of the hotel. It gets pretty noisy sometimes with the traffic, but that is just how it is around here. We open early to get things ready for the day and usually stay open late until the last few people finish their drinks and head off. The building isn't fancy or anything, just a regular place where you can sit down. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the local shops along the street. We try to keep the tables clean, though it is hard when the place is packed on the weekends. Sometimes the ceiling fans are a bit loud. We serve the usual food you would expect from a local spot. Nothing too complicated. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I spend most of my time out front talking to the delivery guys or checking the kitchen supplies. Being near the circle means there is always traffic and horns honking right outside the door. It is just a part of the daily routine for us. We do not really do much advertising because people just see the sign when they walk past. It is a simple setup and we just keep things running.
