Donne Biriyani Adda

Donne Biriyani Adda is located at Cts No. 1085/2 in Nehru Nagar, Belgaum. We are situated right opposite the Aditya Arcade. If you are around the Nehru Nagar area, you probably already know our spot. We serve our biriyani in those traditional donne bowls made of dried leaves. It is a small place, nothing too fancy or modern. We have a few tables and chairs for people to sit, but the place gets packed pretty fast during the lunch hour. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of the pressure cookers going off. We use a lot of local spices that we buy from the market nearby. My brother and I run the whole place with just a couple of helpers. We do not have a big, complicated menu. We just focus on the biriyani and a few side dishes. It is just what we know how to do. The floor is usually a bit messy because of the constant rush, but we try to clean it up whenever we get a spare minute. We get a lot of students and office workers from around the 590010 area. They like that the food is quick and fills them up for the day. We do not do any big advertising or social media stuff. People just see our sign or smell the food and walk in. Belgaum weather can be a bit rainy, so people like coming in for a hot meal. We have stayed here because Nehru Nagar is where our customers are.
