Garden Gate

Garden Gate is right here in the Hotel Ganesh Mahal Building on Shivaji Road. If you are coming from the station in Belgaum, you won't have a hard time finding us. We are very close to the Station Shivaji Road area, so we get a lot of people who are just arriving in town or waiting for their next train. The building itself has been around for a bit, and it gives the place a certain character. It isn't a polished, modern office block; it’s more of a real, lived-in space. We spend our mornings getting everything organized before the travelers start showing up. Shivaji Road is usually humming with traffic and people walking to the station, so there is never a quiet moment. We like the energy of Belgaum. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just focus on keeping the doors open and the service moving along. Sometimes the rain in Belgaum can be quite heavy, and people duck into the Ganesh Mahal building to stay dry. We’ve seen all sorts of people come through those doors over the years. It’s a busy, practical life working here. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the place is ready for whoever steps off that train and walks up Shivaji Road.
