Hanuman Restaurant

You’ll find Hanuman Restaurant over in the Shivan Complex on College Road. We are directly opposite the main gate of Lingaraj College. Because of that, we get a lot of students coming in and out all day long. Belgaum 590001 is a busy place, and College Road is probably one of the noisier parts of it. We’ve got a lot of tables packed into the space. It’s usually loud with people talking over each other and the sound of traffic outside. We don’t mind the noise, though. It makes the day go by faster. We start the day by setting everything up before the first bell rings across the street. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us, the staff, trying to keep everyone fed. The floors get a bit scuffed from all the feet walking through, but we just mop them up at night and start over the next day. We don’t do anything too fancy with the menu. It’s just honest food for people who are in a bit of a hurry. Sometimes the college kids stay a bit too long just chatting, but we don’t usually mind unless every seat is taken. It’s a simple operation here in the complex. We just do our best to stay on top of the rush and keep the place running while the street stays busy outside.
