You’ll find us up on the first floor at Terrace Garden, located in 2nd Cross, Nehru Nagar in Belgaum. We’re right opposite the Maruthi Shantesha building, which makes us easy to spot if you’re looking up from the street. Being on the terrace is nice because we get a good view and a bit of a breeze, even when it’s hot outside. The place isn't fancy or overly decorated. We just have a functional kitchen and a bunch of tables for people to sit at. We’ve been here in Nehru Nagar for some time, and it’s a neighborhood we really like. It’s mostly families and people who have lived here for decades. We aren’t part of a big chain or anything. It’s just us running the place and trying to keep things organized. Every day starts with a lot of cleaning, especially since the terrace gets dusty with the wind. Then we move on to the food prep. It’s a lot of work to carry everything up the stairs, but we’re used to it by now. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People just come in as they are. Most of our customers are folks who live within walking distance. We like the simple life here and don't feel the need to make things complicated with marketing or big promises. We just keep the kitchen going and stay open until the last customer leaves.
