Ratnatray Tours & Travls

Our shop is sitting at number 534 in Sheri Galli, right in the 590001 area of Belgaum. If you know the lane, you know it can get a bit tight with the vehicles and people moving around, but we have been in Shop No. 2 for quite a while now. Ratnatray Tours & Travls is basically just a few of us working out of this small space. We don’t have any big corporate signs or fancy lounge areas for people to wait in. There is just a desk, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paper files stacked up. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls from folks needing a car or asking about timings for their trips. Belgaum gets pretty warm in the summer, so we usually have the ceiling fan clicking away while we work. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The office opens up early in the morning, and we stay until the last booking is sorted out for the next day. It is a simple life here in the galli. We focus on getting the drivers ready and making sure the keys are in the right hands. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of the shop.
