R R Mess Veg Non Veg is tucked away at 2133/B Pangul Galli in Belgaum. If you’ve ever walked down Pangul Galli, you know it’s a narrow, busy street with a lot of character. We handle both veg and non-veg meals here, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the day. The mess is a simple place, mostly just long tables where people can sit and eat their lunch or dinner. We don’t have any fancy menus or waiter service that you’d find in a big city restaurant. It’s more about the food and getting people fed so they can get back to their day.
