Pai Resorts Belgaum

We are located in Belgaum at 109 Bhandur Galli. Our setup is a bit different because we are operating out of V.K. Mane’s place. It is a bit of a "care of" situation, which happens sometimes with local businesses here. Bhandur Galli is a narrow street and it can be quite a squeeze if you are trying to bring a car through. Most people just walk or use scooters. Belgaum is a nice town, and being in this old galli makes us feel like we are part of the history here. We call ourselves Pai Resorts, but don't expect a giant swimming pool or a massive buffet right here on this street. This is our home base where we handle the bookings and the paperwork. We are just ordinary people who like the hospitality business. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls. Our office is just a room with a few chairs and a table. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to visit the area. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is too loud on the roof, but we just keep at it. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. We just tell people the truth about what we offer. It is a simple, local way of running things.
