Being based in Naganpur Lokapur means we are a bit far from the big city lights. Our work is all about cement and infrastructure, so it’s very physical and usually involves a lot of mud or dust depending on the season. The site is a busy place with heavy machinery moving around all the time. We don't have a polished image or a fancy website. Most of our business is done through handshakes and old-fashioned phone calls. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us through thick and thin. It’s a tough industry and things go wrong all the time, like a truck getting stuck or a machine breaking down when you need it most. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar and some old photos of projects we finished years ago. The office is just a small building near the entrance where we keep the logs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work that needs doing so the local buildings can get finished. It’s a long day out here in the sun, and we are usually pretty tired by the time we lock up. It’s honest, gritty work that doesn't get much attention, but it's what keeps the local area growing.
