Our office is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Arjun Umpires building, which is right there on Congress Road in Tilakwadi. Being in Belgaum, we see all kinds of weather, from heavy rains to really hot afternoons. It is a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but it gives us a decent view of the street below where the traffic is always crawling along. Since we are a private limited company, we have a lot of paperwork to keep track of, but at the end of the day, it is all about getting the right materials to the sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and logistics people, trying to make sure the trucks are moving as they should be. It gets pretty loud outside with all the buses and cars on Congress Road, so we usually keep the windows shut to get some peace while we work. We aren't really corporate types with fancy suits; we are just regular folks trying to run a business in a busy part of town. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to contractors who need supplies for their latest projects. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything moving. Tilakwadi is a good area to be in, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes.
