So, Madhuban Resturant is tucked away on the second floor of Aadhishakti Towers. If you're looking for us in Belgaum, we're right across from the fire brigade station in Goavesh. It’s a busy spot with all the sirens and trucks moving around outside, but up here it’s different. We’ve got the 590006 area covered. Most days start with us hauling stuff up to the second floor since that's where the kitchen is. It’s a lot of stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We don't really do big ads or anything. People usually find us because they work nearby or live in Goaves. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. We spend our time chopping vegetables and making sure the floors are swept. It’s just a few of us running the show. Sometimes it gets loud when the lunch rush hits, but we try to keep up. Being on the second floor gives a bit of a view of the street, watching the traffic go by the fire station. We’ve been here in Belgaum for a bit now, just doing our thing. It's not a fancy corporate chain or anything like that. Just a local place where you can sit down. We try to keep things simple and honest, focusing on the tasks at hand every single day. There’s no big strategy here, just making sure people have a place to sit and eat. We just keep the kitchen running as best we can.
