Krimos The Burger Shop

We have been running Krimos The Burger Shop here in Belgaum for a good bit now. If you know the PAI Compound area, you know it gets pretty busy, especially being right behind the Ramdev Hotel. We are just across from Am Shaikh College, so we see a lot of students coming in and out all day. It’s a simple spot, honestly. We spend most of our time hovering over the grill or making sure the buns are fresh. It gets hot in the kitchen, but that is just part of the job. Some days are faster than others, and sometimes the rain in Belgaum makes things a bit slow, but we are usually here flipping patties regardless. We didn’t set out to do anything fancy. It’s just a burger shop where people can grab a bite without a fuss. The neighborhood in Shivbasav Nagar has changed a lot since we started, but we are still in the same little corner. We have a few tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the trick for anyone looking to sit down for ten minutes. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the orders moving and making sure the onions are chopped before the lunch rush hits. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us working the counter and the stove. It’s a regular life, but we like the people who stop by.
