Vaneeta Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is just a group of us from around Rajegaon. We are located right here at House Number 601. Majalgaon can be a tough place to farm sometimes because the rain doesn't always show up when you need it to. We decided to start this company because doing things alone was getting too hard for everyone. My neighbors and I spent a lot of time talking under the trees about how to get better prices for our crops. It is not like those big fancy companies you see in the city. We are just local people who know the soil here. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing but we manage it together. Our office is simple and usually has a few farmers sitting around talking about the next planting season. We handle whatever comes our way, from seeds to figuring out where to sell the harvest. It is mostly just about staying afloat and making sure the village has what it needs to keep going. We don't have a big staff or anything, just some of the local boys helping out with the lifting and the accounts. If you come by Rajegaon, you will find us easily enough. It is a quiet place most days unless it is harvest time. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off at the end of the year. That is pretty much all there is to it.
