Tambe Krushi Sanjivani Farmer Producercompany Limited is located right on Mahasanghvi Road in Patoda. We operate out of House Number 1. Most people in the Beed district know how tough the farming life can be, especially with the way the rain has been lately. We are a group of local growers who realized that we were all facing the same problems with high costs and low prices at the market. So, we put this company together to see if we could change that. We do not have a mission statement or a polished business plan. We just have our land and our collective effort. We spend a lot of time on Mahasanghvi Road, moving supplies around or just checking in on each other’s plots. The work is hard and the days are long, but it feels better knowing we are not doing it in isolation anymore. We use the house as a place to keep our records and meet when we need to make a big decision about what to plant. It is a very hands-on way of doing business. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation because we are not one. We are just farmers from the village trying to get a fair price for the hard work we put into the ground every single day. We keep things practical and honest because that is the only way we know how.
