Shridhar Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Padalsingi in the Georai Taluka. We are located at Shri Achutrao Dnyandev Sabale’s place. Georai is part of the Beed district, and if you know anything about Beed, you know it’s a tough place for farming because of the rain. Achutrao has been a farmer all his life, and this company is just a way for us locals to pool our resources. We don't have a flashy office or any big signs. It's just a room in a house where we keep our records and meet with other farmers from the village. We spend most of our time worrying about the water levels and the price of cotton or whatever we are growing that year. The company helps us buy things in bulk so it's a bit cheaper for everyone. We aren't doing this to get rich; we are just doing it so we don't lose our land. It’s a group effort, and everyone puts in what they can. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing because none of us are office people by nature. We’d rather be out in the fields than sitting at a desk. Padalsingi 431127 is home, and we just want to see the local farmers doing okay. We keep things simple and honest because that’s the only way we know how to work.
