We don't have a big corporate office in the city. We just have a room with some files and a place to sit. Farming in Beed can be very stressful when the rains are late. We started this producer company to see if we could help each other out during the lean times. It’s just a bunch of us who grew up together. We don't have a big budget for anything fancy. Our meetings are usually just us sitting around on the floor or on some benches. We talk about the crops and the prices we are getting at the market in Ambajogai. It’s not a polished business by any means. There are always things that go wrong, like a broken pump or a late delivery. But we just deal with it as it comes.
