Shri Bankatswami Agrotech Producer Company Limited is located in Neknoor, over in the Beed district. We operate out of Shri Atmaram Bhanudas’s place. It’s pretty quiet out here most of the time, except when we’re moving stock or having a meeting about the new farming equipment. We aren't some big corporation from the city. We are just local people who know the land around Neknoor. The weather in Beed can be really dry, so we spend a lot of our time thinking about water and how to keep the plants alive. We decided to form this company so we could buy supplies in bulk and maybe save a bit of money. It’s tough being a small farmer on your own. When we work together, things feel a bit more manageable for everyone. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. We just have this address and our reputation with the people living nearby. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we help each other out with it. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular folks in work clothes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just want to make sure the farming stays viable for the next generation. It’s honest work, and we do it every day.
