Shree Nagnatheshwar Producer Company is our local setup in Lamjana. We are located in the Ausa Taluka, right near the petrol pump. If you are looking for us, we are care of Ganesh Vishwanath Birajdar. We are a producer company, which basically means we are a group of farmers and local people from this area who work together. It’s a lot better than trying to do everything on your own when you're dealing with crops and markets. Lamjana is a small place, and everybody knows where the petrol pump is, so we are easy to find. We don't have a fancy corporate office; we just work from where we are. Our work is all about the agriculture here in Ausa. We spend our days worrying about the rain, the soil, and how to get a fair price for what we produce. It’s not an easy life, but it’s what we do. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished company because we aren't one. We are just people from the village working for the village. Most of our meetings happen right there near the pump or at Ganesh’s place. We handle the paperwork, the seeds, and the harvests as they come. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We just take it one season at a time and try to make sure everyone in our producer company is getting by okay.
