We are based at 348, in the At Post Nimboni area within the Mangalweda taluka. It is a rural spot, and that is exactly where we need to be to work with the farmers here. Shivneri Krushi is a name that connects us to our roots. Our daily life involves a lot of interaction with the people who work the land. We don't have a polished office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a wooden desk with a ledger, or out back checking on some supplies. Nimboni is a quiet place most of the time, but during the sowing or harvest seasons, everything speeds up. We help coordinate things for the farmers in our producer company. It is a lot of responsibility because people depend on us to get things right. We don't use any big words or marketing slogans. We just talk about crops, prices, and the rain. Sometimes we have disagreements about how to handle a particular situation, but we eventually work it out. The building we are in is old but sturdy, and it has seen many seasons go by. We are just trying to do our part for the farming community in Mangalweda. It is a slow process of building trust and making sure the work gets done every single day, no matter what happens with the markets or the weather.
